🌿 GROSSAMER – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Grossamer, we strive to provide high-quality seeds and agricultural products. Since seeds are natural products, we request customers to carefully read our return policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of seeds and agricultural products, we do not accept returns once the package is opened.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or tampered

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product expired at the time of delivery

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened seed packets

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to improper storage

  • Germination failure (natural factors like soil, climate, water conditions vary)

3. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

  • COD orders will require bank details for refund

4. Replacement Policy

In case of damage or wrong product, we may offer:

  • Replacement product
    OR

  • Full refund

Grossamer reserves the right to reject claims if proof is insufficient.
